fees for counseling are set by your insurance or EAP contract with co-pay due at time of service, private pay is on a sliding scale starting at $40 per hour. DUI assessments/state compliance, service-emotional support animal letter for air-line/housing permits and professional reports for court and legal/medical-disability issues start at $150.

 

check with your insurance provider prior to your initial appointment to see your coverage and co-pay. bring your insurance card, id, EAP authorization number and a list of medications to the first appointment.
